Our commitment at Man Salon, operated by Radheju & Son's, a partnership firm and joint venture, is to provide excellent grooming services with clear, fair, and customer-friendly policies. Kindly read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

To confirm your appointment and minimize last-minute cancellations, Man Salon charges a fixed, non-refundable booking fee of ₹50. This booking fee:

• Reserves your preferred time slot at the chosen branch.
• Will be adjusted against your final bill during the visit.
• Is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if you fail to show up.
• Man Salon does not offer credit or allow bookings on credit/udhaar basis. All payments must be made upfront at booking or during service.

At Man Salon, we strive to be fair in our refund policies. Please note the following conditions:

We pride ourselves on delivering professional grooming services such as haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and facial treatments. Please note:

• All services are final and non-refundable once performed, due to their personalized and subjective nature.
• If you have any concerns during or immediately after your service, please inform our staff promptly. We will do our best to address and rectify any issues.
• Refunds for completed services are not provided.
• For multi-session packages or memberships, separate terms and conditions apply.

Man Salon offers a range of grooming products for sale. Returns and refunds on products follow these conditions:

• Products may be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all labels intact.
• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns.
• Customized, personalized, or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Products damaged due to customer negligence or improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.

Upon valid return approval, refunds will be issued to your online wallet within 7-10 business days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Our valued customers enjoy exclusive savings through our Membership Cards. Please note:

• Discount percentages vary by branch, reflecting local service pricing and offerings. For example:
  • City Center Branch: 10% off on all grooming services.
  • Downtown Branch: 15% off on selected services like beard trims and facials.
  • Suburban Branch: 12% off on haircuts and shaves.
• Membership discounts apply only to services and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Discounts do not apply to product purchases, booking fees, or gift cards.
• Membership terms, including discount rates, are subject to change with prior notice to members.
• Members must present a valid membership card at the time of service to receive discounts.
• Membership purchases are non-refundable. Please consider this before purchasing a membership.

To help us serve all customers efficiently, please follow these guidelines:

• Cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
• Repeated no-shows may lead to suspension of future booking privileges.
• We appreciate your understanding and timely communication.

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Booking fees under any circumstances.
• Completed grooming services.
• Gift cards and vouchers.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.
• Membership purchases.

Please note that Man Salon operates on a strict payment-in-advance basis. We do not provide any form of credit, loans, or udhaar for services or product purchases. All payments must be settled either at booking or at the time of service/product delivery. This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and the highest quality of service for all clients.
