Welcome to Man Salon, operated by Radheju & Son's, a partnership firm and joint venture. By using our services, booking appointments, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

By accessing or using the Man Salon website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Man Salon provides professional grooming services including haircuts, shaves, beard styling, facials, and other related services. By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your service requirements and preferences
• Follow the instructions of our trained professionals during services
• Inform our staff of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical issues that may affect your service
• Respect our salon environment and other customers
• Use our services only for personal, non-commercial purposes

All salon appointments must be secured by paying a fixed, non-refundable booking fee of ₹50. This booking fee reserves your preferred time slot and will be adjusted against your final bill during your visit.

• Appointments are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service
• The booking fee is forfeited if cancellation or rescheduling is done less than 24 hours before the appointment or in case of no-show
• We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling at our discretion
• We do not allow credit or deferred payment options for bookings or services

Man Salon operates strictly on a payment-in-advance basis. All payments for services, products, and membership purchases must be completed at the time of booking or before service delivery.

• We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, UPI, and cash
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without prior notice
• Any disputes regarding charges must be reported within 7 days of transaction

Customers opting to recharge their wallet with Man Salon must ensure their personal profile information is complete and accurate. This includes full name, valid contact details, and any other requested info.

• Wallet recharge or any payment without completed profile information will not be processed or confirmed
• Failure to update profile info can lead to delays or cancellation of services
• Wallet balances are non-transferable and may have expiration terms as per applicable laws
• We reserve the right to limit wallet recharge amounts for security reasons

Due to the personalized nature of grooming services, our refund policy is strictly enforced as follows:

Product returns are accepted only within 7 calendar days of purchase, if items are unopened, unused, and returned with original packaging and valid proof of purchase. Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our service providers:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund of booking fee to wallet
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment: Booking fee forfeited
• No-shows without prior notification: Booking fee forfeited and may affect future booking privileges
• Same-day rescheduling: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• In case of emergency situations, please contact us directly for possible accommodations

Man Salon offers membership programs that provide discounts on selected services at specific branches.

• Discounts vary by branch and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
• Members must present valid membership cards at the time of service
• Membership benefits and discount rates are subject to change with 30 days prior notice
• Membership purchases are strictly non-refundable
• Membership cards are non-transferable and valid only for the registered individual
• We reserve the right to revoke membership privileges for violation of terms

As a user of Man Salon services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete personal information during booking and profile creation
• Arrive on time for your appointment to avoid cancellation fees
• Cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance when possible
• Respect salon staff and other customers to maintain a pleasant environment
• Inform our staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws
• Not engage in any inappropriate, abusive, or unlawful behavior on our premises
• Responsible for the security of your account credentials and wallet balance

To ensure the best experience for all customers, we ask that you:

• Arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
• Silence mobile devices during services to maintain a relaxing environment
• Communicate clearly with your service provider about your preferences and expectations
• Provide honest feedback about your experience to help us improve our services
• Understand that results may vary based on individual hair type, texture, and condition
• Follow after-care instructions provided by our professionals

Man Salon and Radheju & Son's are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of our services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, dissatisfaction with services provided, or personal injury unless caused by proven negligence on our part. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into our salon premises.

All content on the Man Salon website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Radheju & Son's or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and handle your personal data as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your data is managed, stored, and protected.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to comply with legal requirements or improve our services. All changes will be posted on this page with updated effective dates. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where Radheju & Son's is established.
